Members who wish to rent a property currently served by Deer Creek Water Corporation will need to complete a Renter Permission Form and return it to our office before a tenant can be listed on your account. As owner of the water membership you remain financially responsible for any metered water use. This includes water breaks, leaks, or any use by current or previous tenants.
If you wish to allow a Property Manager to make tenant changes on your account, please complete an Authorization for Property Manager form and return it to our office. As owner, you will still remain financially responsible for any metered water use.
